Join the Board

So now you've past your test and your read to sell real estate! Though it is not required that you join a Board of Realtors, it offers many benefits, and since your are required to work under the guidance of a Broker for awhile, odds are that they are members of a Board of Realtors, and thus, you must be as well.

Capitol Realty is a member of the Norman Board of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. As the fees change from month to month, following is what it will cost you to join the Norman Board of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors:

There is also a one time fee to join the MLS of $ 100.00 and to obtain your lock box key of $ 85.00
